"A Perfect Match"

"I came to East Carolina intending to purchase a Mercury.  However, with your help after understanding my vehicle requirements you suggested the 2009 Dodge Journey, which has turned out to be a perfect match.  I have approximately 4200 miles with multiple trips of 800 miles each to and from Maryland.

My Journey is quiet; averaging 26 MPG on trips to Maryland and it has the requisite amenities that make driving comfortable and fun.  I cannot believe that I am hooked on the Sirius satellite radio.  Your help in configuring my Bluetooth cell phone with the Journey's hands-free phone system was a plus I had not expected.

Finally, let me commend East Carolina's approach to customer satisfaction.  Beginning with yourself and the Service Department's courteous staff and I might add prompt attention to my first service and you're competitive pricing and arranging bank financing below my credit union, you can see that I am now an ambassador for East Carolina.  I am convinced that East Carolina is not an "issue" company but a "results" company regards to total customer satisfaction.
