East Carolina Chrysler Dodge Jeep's team of certified technicians is focused on providing exceptional service in a timely manner and are dedicated to ensuring that you will enjoy your automobile for years!  All service includes a multipoint vehicle inspection to identify developing problems so you can avoid future breakdowns.  Our drive-thru service lane, wireless lounge, and our new "Kiddie" lounge for your toddlers, assures your comfort during your visit with us.  Whether changing your oil, replacing your brakes, or rotating your tires, we always maintain the highest standards for delivering the best service possible, each and every time!

Just Announced!!

We offer our customers three options for alternative transportation while having their vehicle serviced with us:

* We have a select number of loaner cars available by appointment only.
* We offer local shuttle service.
* We are an Enterprise-Rent-A-Car affiliate.

We also offer the following options for convenient drop-off, pickup, and checkout:

* After hours drop-off: just leave your car near our service center. Lock your car and deposit your keys in the after hours drop box located on the service door entrance.

* Pick up your vehicle after our service department closes at 5:30PM. Simply pay your bill by phone with our cashier before 5:30PM.  Our receptionist will have your keys and receipt ready for you up until 8:00PM.
