If you purchase a 2021 or newer Jeep model, your car will automatically be enrolled in the Jeep Wave program. The program was available on select models and trims in previous model years. You can buy into the Jeep Wave program if you own a Jeep model year 2015 or newer.

When you own a Jeep enrolled in the Jeep Wave program, you get access to many benefits, just one of which is maintenance coverage. With Jeep Wave, your first three oil changes and tire rotations are performed by a factory-trained technician at a certified Jeep service center like the one at East Carolina CDJR, at no charge. Jeep Wave covers no-cost worry-free maintenance for three years. In addition, Jeep Wave is the only customer care program that doesn't use any mileage restrictions.

In addition to worry-free maintenance, Jeep Wave members get exclusive benefits like same-day no-charge vehicle rental, 24/7 roadside assistance, trip-interruption coverage for up to $1,000 per use, and no-charge same-day vehicle rental for routine maintenance appointments. All of these benefits are active during the five-year/60,000-mile powertrain warranty. Furthermore, if your Jeep becomes inoperable while you're on the road away from home, the trip-interruption coverage will cover lodging for up to $1,000 each time you use it and emergency transportation while the roadside assistance covers towing.

Jeep didn't stop at the service, rental, and roadside assistance benefits. Members of the Jeep Wave program also get VIP access to Jeep Brand events nationwide. Furthermore, every member receives a $500 discount on Jeep vehicles at 150 Jeep dealers across the country.
